Emily has been a personal trainer serving the main line area for more than 8 years. With a lifelong passion for physical activity, Emily strives to echo that same enthusiasm with her clientele on a consistent basis. Her philosophical approach is both practical and innovative to meet the specific needs of each client. These may encompass motivating the novice individual to simply get excited about starting to move, coaching clients to maintain personal fitness or elevating their wellness journey to higher levels. These objectives are potentially met through devised fitness routines that include body resistance work, with an emphasis on developing strength and flexibility as well as balance and endurance.
Emily has delivered that same brand of energy and excitement with her latest endeavor when joining Pro Q Fitness in the spring of 2018.
She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and leadership adding value and depth further fortifying the Pro Q Fitness family. Additionally, Emily embraces the challenge and opportunity to broaden her experience and professional skill set while continuing to guide others on the path of healthy living.
Emily holds certificates from World Instructor Training School, Pure Barre, TRX and is a Reiki Master. Her client demographics range from ages 11-72.
